Welcome to Haps! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Haps mobile application (the "App") operated by 16104827 Canada Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 19 years old (the legal drinking age in Ontario, Canada) to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Haps displays happy hour deals and pricing information at bars and restaurants in Toronto. We strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any deal or pricing information displayed in the App.
Deals and prices shown in the App are provided for informational purposes only. Venues may change their deals, hours, or pricing at any time without notice to us. Always confirm current pricing and availability directly with the venue.

The App, its design, code, content, and the Haps name and logo are the property of 16104827 Canada Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Venue details, happy hour times, and pricing are collected from public sources, direct venue communication, and user contributions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any venue listed in the App. Inclusion of a venue does not constitute a recommendation.
Haps provides information about drink deals for users of legal drinking age. We encourage responsible consumption of alcohol. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from alcohol consumption. If you or someone you know needs help, contact the Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction at ccsa.ca.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 16104827 Canada Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on pricing information, venue availability, or directions provided through the App.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
